Ford Motor Co. raised its profit outlook for the second time this year as consumers continue to snap up the automaker’s high-margin sport-utility vehicles. The rosier forecast, revealed late Tuesday as the automaker reported better-than-expected quarterly earnings, shows how Ford is cashing in on resilient demand for SUVs and pickups, echoing a similar move by rival General Motors Co. last week.  Bloomberg's Craig Trudell joins to discuss.
